A Hearty Meal in Minutes!!

This morning I tried this idea I saw in a magazine. It was so fast, so easy, and so good. It's quite filling and made me feel real healthy.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • brown sugar
  • almonds
  • dried cranberries or cherries
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • Throw it all in the microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes and Enjoy!
