- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- brown sugar
- almonds
- dried cranberries or cherries
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- Throw it all in the microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes and Enjoy!

A Hearty Meal in Minutes!!
This morning I tried this idea I saw in a magazine. It was so fast, so easy, and so good. It's quite filling and made me feel real healthy.
